The House of Assembly closed for the summer on Tuesday, but it recessed without any sign of wage-freeze legislation for non-union workers that had been promised in the provincial budget. The government says the measure isn’t ready yet, which led to more questions about the state of public sector contract talks. NTV’s Michael Connors reports.
